The Cape Feather was a Luigi-exclusive power that turns Luigi into Cape Luigi. Luigi can use the cape to swipe at enemies easier than Mario's raccoon tail. Cape Luigi also has a very different style of flight compared to the Raccoon and Tanooki suits, performed by pressing back to gain altitude and pressing forward to dive when in flight. When in flight, Luigi can dive into the ground by holding forward to hit enemies with strength comparable to Wario's ground pound move.
As of the v0.75 update, this powerup has been replaced with the Superball Flower.
